Private Investment

We work with a range of private investors looking for a “hands off” fixed return on their capital. Amounts and terms are flexible but we look to work with investors who have a minimum of £50,000 to invest over a 1 to 3 year term. An interest rate between 8% and 10% is agreed that can be paid on a monthly or annual basis and at the end of the term the initial capital sum is returned to the investor. This is great for the passive investor who wants to achieve above average returns.

Joint Ventures

JVs are project specific and possibly where an investor brings some of their own skills and knowledge to the situation. Returns are dependent on the outcome of the project and you either need to be a certified High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) or a sophisticated investor. Capital amounts and terms are set out specifically for the project and will therefore vary from deal to deal. It’s a great way to invest when parties can bring different skill sets but is also ideal for investors who are time poor.
